Description
Joss 1013 Pool Cue – American Craftsmanship and Performance
The Joss 1013 Pool Cue combines traditional American cue making with the craftsmanship, performance, and attention to detail that have defined Joss Cues since 1968.
I personally build each cue in our Maryland shop with careful attention to construction, balance, feel, and finish.
A pool cue should offer more than an attractive appearance.
More importantly, it should provide the player with a solid, consistent feel and dependable performance.
Therefore, I carefully select and fit each component so that every part works together as a complete cue.
Handcrafted Joss 1013 Pool Cue
I build each Joss 1013 Pool Cue using construction methods developed and refined over decades of hands-on cue-making. Moreover, I inspect each cue throughout the building and finishing process to maintain the quality players expect from the Joss name.
Natural wood gives every cue its own personality.
Because grain, figure, and color vary from one piece of wood to another, no two finished cues will look exactly alike.
As a result, each 1013 has an individual appearance while maintaining the traditional character of a Joss cue.
My father, Dan Janes, founded Joss Cues in 1968 and became one of the most respected and influential figures in American cue making.
I joined him in 1979 and have spent more than 47 years building cues and continuing the traditions he established.
In 2017, the American Cuemakers Association named me Cue Maker of the Year.
Today, I continue that tradition by personally building Joss cues with the same commitment to quality and performance.
Proudly Made in the USA.
