Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Joss Cues ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Joss Cues ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Joss Cues is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Joss Cues charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Custom Cue Cancellation Policy

Custom cues require design time, consultation, and preparation before construction begins. If a custom cue order is canceled after the design process has started, a $150.00 design fee will be deducted from any refund.

Any non-refundable credit card, PayPal, or other payment processing fees incurred by Joss Cues® as a result of the order may also be deducted from the refund amount.

Since 1968, our family has been dedicated to crafting high-quality American-made cues that players can rely on for years of enjoyment. Every Joss cue is carefully inspected throughout the manufacturing process and again before it leaves our shop. We take great pride in our work and are committed to treating our customers fairly should a problem arise.

Limited Warranty

Joss Cues® warrants to the original purchaser that a new cue purchased through an authorized Joss dealer is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If we determine that a manufacturing defect exists, we will repair or replace the cue, at our discretion.

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

What Is Not Covered

Because we cannot control how a cue is used, stored, or maintained after purchase, the following items are not covered under warranty:

  • Warpage
  • Breakage
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tips
  • Ferrules
  • Wraps
  • Finish wear
  • Bumpers

The warranty is also void if the cue has been modified, altered, repaired, or fitted with aftermarket products by anyone other than Joss Cues®.

Authorized Dealer Requirement

Warranty coverage is available only for cues purchased from authorized Joss Cues® dealers. Cues purchased from unauthorized sources, including private individuals and unauthorized online sellers, are not eligible for direct warranty service through Joss Cues®.

If you believe your cue may have a warranty issue, please contact the dealer from whom the cue was purchased. If you are unsure whether your situation is covered, we are always happy to inspect the cue and discuss available options.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Joss Cues®.

Return Policy

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, repairs, warranty evaluations, and exchanges unless otherwise approved by Joss Cues®.

Any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by Joss Cues® as a result of a canceled order may be deducted from the refund amount.

Miscellaneous

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions.
