Description

Natural Maple Elegance and Timeless Design

The Natural Maple Elegance cue celebrates the beauty of premium curly maple and the enduring appeal of traditional cue design.
Rather than relying on bold colors or exotic woods, the Joss 20203 lets the maple’s natural figure become the focal point.
As a result, the cue offers a clean, sophisticated appearance that never goes out of style.

The Natural Maple Elegance design appeals to players who appreciate craftsmanship, balance, and understated beauty.
Furthermore, its traditional styling makes it equally attractive to collectors who value classic American cue making.

Premium Curly Maple Selection

The forearm features highly figured Canadian curly maple left in its natural color.
Consequently, the wood’s remarkable grain becomes the star of the design.
As light moves across the surface, the figure creates a stunning three-dimensional effect that gives the cue life and character.

Curly maple, often called fiddle-back maple because of its use in fine violins, remains one of the most respected woods in cue making.
Before any piece enters production, we carefully evaluate its density, stability, and grain quality.
Therefore, only wood that meets our exacting standards becomes part of a Joss cue.

Because wood is a natural material, every cue displays unique grain patterns and coloration.
That individuality ensures each cue possesses its own personality and character.

Traditional Rear Inlay Work

While the forearm highlights the beauty of natural maple, the butt sleeve introduces a traditional old-school design that complements the cue perfectly.

Ebony black, maple, and pearl inlays work together to create a pattern that reflects classic custom cue styling.
Moreover, the contrast between the dark ebony and bright pearl adds depth and sophistication without overwhelming the design.

The result is a cue that feels elegant, balanced, and timeless.
Every detail contributes to a visual style that players have admired for generations.

Irish Linen and Full-Core Performance

Master cue makers have trusted Irish linen wraps for decades, and Joss has proudly offered them from the very beginning.

For the Joss 20203, we hand-press traditional black-and-white-speckled Irish linen to perfection.
Consequently, the wrap provides a secure grip, excellent durability, and the traditional feel that players continue to prefer.

In addition, we hand-polish the stainless-steel joint to a mirror finish.
Therefore, the cue delivers crisp feedback, dependable strength, and classic visual appeal.

The Joss 20203 also features our full-core construction that extends from the butt plate to the joint. As a result, the cue offers exceptional structural integrity, improved resistance to warpage, and the solid one-piece feel that players consistently praise.

Furthermore, the core transfers energy efficiently throughout the cue.
Consequently, players experience superior feedback, greater consistency, and a dependable hit shot after shot.
