The Joss High Performance Shaft Dash Ring combines Joss HP low-deflection technology with the familiar feel, sound, and feedback of a traditional wood shaft.
I developed the HP design for players who want reduced cue-ball deflection while maintaining the playing characteristics they expect from Joss.
When you apply sidespin, shaft construction affects how much the cue ball deflects from its intended path.
Therefore, reducing front-end mass can help reduce cue-ball squirt and the amount of aiming compensation a player needs.
