Description

Bocote Pearl Diamond Design

The Bocote Pearl Diamond cue blends exotic hardwoods, traditional styling, and detailed craftsmanship into a cue that immediately stands out.
From the moment you pick it up, the bold grain of Bocote commands attention.
At the same time, the pearl and ebony accents add sophistication and balance.
As a result, the Bocote Pearl Diamond delivers a look that feels both classic and distinctive.

Because every piece of Bocote develops unique grain patterns and color variations, no two cues are exactly alike.
Consequently, each cue becomes a one-of-a-kind playing instrument built to be appreciated for years to come.

Exotic Bocote Beauty

Joss sources premium Bocote from Mexico, where the wood develops its famous zebra-like contrasts and dramatic figure.
Rich brown tones flow through the wood while darker streaks create movement and visual depth.

The forearm showcases this remarkable hardwood, allowing its natural beauty to take center stage.
Furthermore, Bocote offers a level of character that many players and collectors actively seek when choosing a custom cue.

The rear sleeve continues the theme with a combination of curly maple and Bocote rectangles framed by ebony-black ovals.
This arrangement creates a classic old-school appearance while adding visual complexity and contrast.

At the center of the design sits a pearl diamond set within an ebony-black oval.
Consequently, the pearl becomes a focal point that draws the eye while complementing the natural beauty of the surrounding woods.

Curly Maple and Traditional Craftsmanship

To complement the Bocote, we use highly figured Canadian curly maple.
This premium wood creates a beautiful three-dimensional effect as light moves across its rippling grain.

Before any maple enters production, we carefully evaluate its density, grain quality, and stability.
Therefore, only premium materials are used in a Joss cue.

Master cue makers have trusted Irish linen wraps for generations.
Likewise, Joss has proudly offered Irish linen wraps from the beginning.
For the Joss 20207B, we hand-press traditional black-and-white-speckled Irish linen to perfection.
As a result, the wrap delivers a secure grip, excellent durability, and the traditional feel serious players appreciate.

Full-Core Performance

While the appearance attracts attention, performance remains the true measure of any cue.

The Joss 20207B features full-core construction extending from the butt plate to the joint.
Consequently, the cue offers excellent resistance to warpage, superior structural integrity, and the solid one-piece feel that players consistently praise.

In addition, the full-core design transfers energy efficiently throughout the cue.
Therefore, players experience dependable feedback, increased consistency, and a superior hit on every shot.

To complete the cue, we hand-polish the stainless-steel joint to a mirror finish.
This process enhances durability while providing the crisp feedback many experienced players prefer.
