Description
L83-2M Legacy
Dan Janes was a highly influential figure in cue making, and the Legacy series represents a special part of his legacy.
His commitment to combining functionality with aesthetics allowed his cues to stand out as high-quality tools for players while still being works of art.
These designs, introduced between 1983 and 1991, show the evolution of his craft during that period, as he worked to refine every detail to suit the needs of serious players.
It’s impressive that his dedication to the craft led to recognition in not one but two prestigious halls of fame.
2003 American Cue Makers Association Hall of Fame
2013 International Cue Makers Association Hall of Fame
Dan received a lifetime achievement award in 2022 from the ACA.
His work shaped the way cues are designed and influenced the game itself. If you’re a cue enthusiast or collector, the Legacy series represents the care and precision that went into his work.L83-2M Legacy
